A. You will need to login to the DTC client area and from there click on the link to access the Web Report Generator page. When prompted by the Web Report Generator, enter your username and password, select your report type and input your parameters. If you do not have a username and password or you have forgotten what it is, then please email a request to dtc.helpdesk@dtrack.com.
Q. Why are my guest calls not costing correctly?
A. Check your transparency document. This document shows you the configured pence per minute rate dependant on the type of call (i.e. local, national, mobile etc). If you believe that there are any inaccuracies, then notify dtc.helpdesk@dtrack.com.
Q. I'm getting no calls on my front of house system?
A. Check that the Tracker 2700 unit (usually located near your front of house or PBX system) has power and that all connections are secure. Use this diagram of the Tracker 2700 to help you locate and check the unit. If this schematic does not match your configuration, then further schematics are available from our downloads page.
