With no requirement for capital outlay our 2700 unit acts as the independent data gathering device to provide a single central view of all your telephony call data. We will present the data in a web portal according to your own organisation's hierarchy from Group/Division or Brand/Site, which is viewable to those with permission from any Internet access point worldwide.
The 2700 Tariff Unit enables central tariff management and control, at no extra cost. Where this is utilised you can effectively change every guest tariff instantly at no cost and eliminate the lengthy implementation usually associated with locally based call accounting alternatives.
Either the hotelier or the switchboard maintainer can simply and quickly install our intelligent Tariff Unit; all instructions and cables are included in the box. A dedicated power socket plus either a LAN connection (for data collection via the Internet) or a DDI/Direct Dial telephone line (for dial up collection) is all that is required. The provision of a local alarm can be provided as an option to alert staff to possible guest charging problems.
