Part of our unique proposition is our ability to unify your organisation, whatever technology you currently use, or change to in the future. With no requirement for capital outlay, our 2700 unit acts as the independent data gathering device to provide a single central view of all your telephony call data. The accumulated data in the warehouse can be interrogated via a secure web portal according to your own organisation's hierarchy from Group/Division or Country/Site, which is viewable to those with permission from any Internet access point worldwide.

Data collection can be accomplished either via IP over your WAN (data network) or through simple dial up over a telephone line.

To ensure that we give you total peace of mind, DTC has a policy of upgrading any technology it provides at no extra cost, for the lifetime of the service.
