ISO 9001:2000 - Data Track was certified in 2003 having previously held the ISO 9002 certificate since 1998. ISO 9001:2000 introduces a new, customer focussed way of looking at quality management. It is an internationally recognised, quality standard for the design and production of products and the provision of services, to a consistently high standard. It involves a process of continuous monitoring and improvement using both internal staff and external assessors.
