The Helpdesk can be contacted by telephone, fax or email between 09:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs (GMT) Monday to Thursday and between 09:00 hrs and 16:30 hrs (GMT) on Friday. Outside our working hours, calls will be answered by a voicemail system, which we will respond to as soon as possible, on the next working day.
