- Signal isolation eliminates earthloops, which can cause noisy and inaccurate measurements.
- Accurate analogue re-transmission of 1 part in 32,000 (15 bit), 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V output.
- Linearisation of thermocouple and RTD sensors so the output is linear to temperature.
- User configurable linearisation for applications such as tank contents measurements.
- Two wire communications link for simple installation.
- Will power a two-wire transmitter (24 VDC) or a strain gauge device (10 VDC).
- RS 485 interface enables wiring runs of up to 1.2 km, allowing distribution to a single channel.
- Up to 32 RS485 devices can be connected in a multidrop configuration.
- MODBUS RTU allows easy integration with industry standard software products
