ISO 9001:2008

Data Track was certified to the new ISO standard in 2010 having previously held the ISO 9002 certificate since 1998. ISO 9001:2008 demonstrates that Data Track has embraced the eight key principles of quality management. It is an internationally recognised, quality standard for the design and production of products and the provision of services, to a consistently high standard. It involves a process of continuous monitoring and improvement using both internal staff and external assessors.

CE Mark

Our Tracker range of units has been self certified to comply with the European Directives on electromagnetic compatibility, safety and telecommunications. Each unit carries the CE marking.

FCC Part 68 / IC CS-03

Our Tracker 2700 range of units has been certified for connection to the United States and Canadian public switched telephone networks.

RoHS Compliance

Data Track Technology's philosophy for the past 18 years has been to design products that would be environmentally friendly and to adapt this philosophy as legislation was proposed and introduced. All Data Track's products are compliant with the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006 (RoHS).

WEEE Directive

Data Track Technology complies with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2007. You can view our certificate of WEEE registration.

UL Listed

The Tracker 2750, 2720 and 2730 are listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Representative samples of these products have been evaluated by UL and meet applicable safety standards for the U.S. and Canadian markets.

CSA Mark

Our Tracker 2700 range of units have been assessed for safety against IEC60950 for both the U.S. and Canadian markets.

UK ITSec Scheme

Under the scheme, the security features of IT systems and products are tested independently of suppliers to identify logical vulnerabilities. The Tracker 2700 has achieved an E2 Assurance Level.

DISN

The Tracker 2700, 2720 and 2730 products have received Information Assurance Accreditation from the US Government's Defence Information System Network (DISN) Security Accreditation Working Group.

Cisco

Data Track are a Cisco Registered Developer. Our Eclipse CMS software has passed interoperability verification testing for Cisco's CallManager product.

The programme sets criteria for interoperability testing by independent third parties and is a co-marketing programme enabling leading product and service firms to deploy innovative e-business solutions. It provides enterprise customers with information regarding Partner products and services that an independent testing facility has tested, verified and found to interoperate with Cisco networking technology.

Mitel

Data Track is a member of Mitel's Solution Alliance (MSA) programme and has achieved Gold Preferred status. This means that Data Track products are sold and supported by Mitel into their channel sales organisations.

Avaya

Data Track is a Registered Developer on the Avaya DevConnect programme. We gain access to the latest development information from Avaya to ensure our products make full use of the available feature set and offer trouble free integration into your voice network.
